VAULTwiseAPP is a personal finance management mobile application developed by PTU LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how VAULTwiseAPP handles information when you use the app. VAULTwiseAPP is designed to help users track accounts, transactions, budgets, categories, bill reminders, recurring items, financial goals, reports, and related personal finance information.

For this version of VAULTwiseAPP, your financial data is stored locally on your device. VAULTwiseAPP does not require an online account, does not operate a cloud account system, and does not transmit your financial records to VAULTwiseAPP servers.

Information Stored in the App

VAULTwiseAPP may store the following information locally on your device when you choose to enter it:

• Account names, account types, and account balances
• Transaction dates, amounts, categories, payees, notes, and descriptions
• Budget names, budget amounts, limits, due dates, and budget progress details
• Bill reminders and recurring transaction details
• Financial goal names, target amounts, progress details, and related tracking information
• Category names, icons, and customization preferences
• App settings such as theme preferences, dashboard preferences, and security preferences
• Local PIN or passcode-related security settings
• Premium entitlement status, if you purchase or restore VAULTwiseAPP Premium Unlock

This information is entered, imported, or configured by you and is used to provide VAULTwiseAPP’s personal finance tracking features.

Information We Do Not Collect

For this version of the app, VAULTwiseAPP does not collect or receive your personal financial records on VAULTwiseAPP servers.

VAULTwiseAPP does not collect:

• Analytics data
• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
• Crash reports sent to VAULTwiseAPP servers
• Precise location data
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Health data
• Bank login credentials
• Full payment card numbers
• Google Play payment credentials
• Social Security numbers or government identification numbers

VAULTwiseAPP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Premium Unlock and Google Play Billing

VAULTwiseAPP offers an optional one-time Premium Unlock through Google Play. Premium Unlock is not a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Google Play and Google Payments. VAULTwiseAPP and PTU LLC do not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, Google Play payment credentials, or other complete payment method details.

VAULTwiseAPP may store a local Premium entitlement status on your device so the app can remember that Premium features are unlocked. The app may also use Google Play purchase status to verify or restore Premium access.

You can restore eligible Premium purchases through Google Play using the Restore Purchases option in the app.

Permissions Used

VAULTwiseAPP may request certain device permissions only when needed for app functionality.

Notifications

Notification permission may be used to send optional reminders about bills, budgets, recurring transactions, third-party subscriptions you choose to track, or other finance-related alerts you create.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Files and Storage

File or storage access may be used when you choose to import, export, back up, download, save, or restore data files such as CSV, QIF, or app backup files.

Exported files and backup files may contain sensitive financial information. You are responsible for storing, protecting, sharing, or deleting those files.

How Information Is Used

Information stored in VAULTwiseAPP is used to provide app functionality, including:

• Tracking accounts and balances
• Recording income, expenses, transfers, refunds, and returns
• Organizing transactions by category
• Creating and monitoring budgets
• Tracking financial goals
• Displaying reports, charts, KPIs, and financial summaries
• Managing recurring transactions and bill reminders
• Supporting reminders for recurring expenses or third-party subscriptions that you choose to track
• Importing, exporting, backing up, or restoring data when you choose to use those features
• Protecting app access through local PIN or passcode features
• Customizing the dashboard, categories, settings, and user experience
• Remembering Premium Unlock status after a completed or restored Google Play purchase

Data Storage and Security

VAULTwiseAPP stores app data locally on your device.

Where supported by the operating system, VAULTwiseAPP uses platform security features and secure local storage mechanisms for sensitive app settings such as PIN or passcode-related information.

No method of digital storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, using a strong device passcode, keeping your app PIN private, and storing any exported or backup files securely.

Data Sharing

VAULTwiseAPP does not sell your data.

VAULTwiseAPP does not share your personal financial data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies.

For this version of the app, VAULTwiseAPP does not transmit your personal financial records to VAULTwiseAPP servers.

If you choose to export, back up, download, save, share, or move files outside of the app, those files may contain sensitive financial information. Any sharing, storage, or transfer of exported files is controlled by you.

Google Play, Google Payments, and other app store platforms may process purchase, payment, account, device, tax, compliance, or transaction information according to their own privacy policies, payment terms, and account settings.

Backups, Imports, and Exports

VAULTwiseAPP may allow you to create backup files, restore from backup files, import data, or export data in formats such as CSV or QIF.

These files may contain sensitive financial information. You should store backup and export files securely and avoid sharing them with others unless you understand the privacy risks.

When you create a backup, export a CSV/QIF file, or import a file, the file is handled on your device or through the system file picker, save location, or sharing tools you choose.

VAULTwiseAPP does not automatically upload exported financial files to PTU LLC servers in the current version.

If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to your device without a backup, locally stored app data may be lost.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because VAULTwiseAPP stores data locally on your device, your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

You may delete data by:

• Deleting records inside the app where deletion features are available
• Deleting backup or export files you created
• Clearing app data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the app from your device

Because VAULTwiseAPP does not maintain a server account for this version, PTU LLC cannot remotely access, recover, or delete data stored only on your device.

Premium purchase records are managed by Google Play and may remain associated with the Google account used for the purchase according to Google Play’s policies and account settings.

Children’s Privacy

VAULTwiseAPP is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app in a way that reaches us, please contact us so we can review and respond appropriately.

Financial Disclaimer

VAULTwiseAPP is a personal finance tracking and budgeting tool.

VAULTwiseAPP does not provide banking services, loans, credit products, insurance, investment trading, cryptocurrency services, payment processing, money transfers, or regulated financial advice.

Information displayed in the app is based on data entered or imported by the user and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Third-Party Services

For this version of VAULTwiseAPP, the app does not use third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics services to collect user data.

VAULTwiseAPP may use Google Play services and Google Play Billing to support app distribution, optional Premium Unlock purchases, purchase verification, and restore purchase functionality on Android devices.
